• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Ominous silence from the club, anyone know if Williams has travelled to Netherlands?

Saddest thing about that piece for me was the information that Sheffield had signed Brereton Diaz. That's how far we have fallen, is that we are no longer in for quality players like him.
Yeah. We operate at a different level to them these days, but in all honesty we are fucked. Blame Williams or the half heartedness of the players… either way we don’t & can’t compete with them. Sad.

It will be interesting so see what type of crowd we get tomorrow night and what the reaction is if Sheff Utd give us a humping.
I can honestly see us winning tomorrow night. It's the Swansea way 😂

His brand of football has bored me to tears since the summer if not sooner, wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt whilst the summer recruits got up to speed.
They'll need to make sure that their boots aren't tied together before thinking they can win, we were a disorganised pathetic shambles on Saturday and the players need to hold their hands up as well and not for the first time this season.

It's alright, Captain fantastic is giving the pre match team talk.

I don't think this squad has the ability or the guts to bounce back from yesterday, especially against one of the better sides in the league.

They're pretty gutless.
