Are you sure that wasn't the Hilton Indian takeaway just up from the Dockers? The one I'm on about was upstairs in the Dockers.
It was the dockers one, it wasn’t a chuck it in the bin job, but at the time, seemed average. Only once I tried it, so maybe it was just one of those things.

Bit of an update, me and Mrs 123, are going to sample the Raj Kitchen within the next 3 or 4 weeks, I am taking her out, so once I try it, I will let you know, quite looking forward to it. From past experience, once a restaurant appears on the wales curry awards, it shouldn't be too shabby.

I went to the one in the city last month, and I have to say it was the tastiest toastie I have ever tasted.

Good luck to anyone that wants to dine in there though, enough room for two people. The opening Sketty is meant to be bigger though.
Tastiest toastie I have ever tasted sounds a bit of a tongue twister 🤪

If you like Indian and you're in the Neath area, try Mint Masala. Up Dwr y Felin road, passed the college, under the bridge and up to the top, on the right by the Tesco Express. Lovely food, great staff.

Been to Raj Kitchen and it was't great. The food took forever to come out (place wasn't that busy) and the quality was fairly poor. I've only been the once so it could have been just one of those things.

Rasoi in SA1 is different gravy.
Nail on the head. Raj kitchen was very underwhelming. Rasoi was and is always quality.

The cheesy naan bread in the Rasoi and the chunky chips are two of the best things I've ever had. Never had a bad meal in either Rasoi.
