Hero’s are better because they are more varied.I saw her in Swansea Market just before Christmas when I was buying a load of loose Quality Street off the sweet stall.
I said “would you like one of my Quality Street,Bon?”
She replied “no thanks Dar I’m holding out for a hero.”
Yes it is a happy momentSounds a bit gay to me.
Get these 2 home wins and I really do think irrelevant of what many call an average team, we may just wake up a few teams to take notice we are ready to pounce and attempt an unthinkable play off stake. Its a long shot and we got to get the win tomorrow first, which won't be easy. The players should be excited about next 2 matches. No fear, just pure drive and passion. Anything less would be a disappointment. The thing I’m excited about is the fact that if we are able to beat both Bristol City and Preston this week there will be a huge feel good factor around the place. We all know that the 2 matches will be bloody tough and any result is possible, but getting 2 wins would be magical… especially with it most likely being the biggest ever Home FOOTBALL crowd we have seen at the stadium.
You have to also factor in there is a difference in about £10 each for the tickets between the 2 matches. As Dar mentioned these matches kicking off at 12.30 means lots of youngsters are tied up with their normal Saturday morning activities. I think we will sell a few more tonight and tomorrow morning for the Bristol Match and the crowd will be swelled a little.
Also I have to add that the Preston Match had cheaper tickets available through the tickets for key workers. That would have also led to the upsurge in ticket sales.
