The minutiae of the geography of Swansea is far more interesting than the football these days.
Indeed, absolutely fascinating.

I didn't even know where Roger Street was, so I go onto google maps.

And I am sure google maps is on steroids tonight, because I have gone up Roger Street, turned into Crwys Terrace, and down to Heol Gwyrosydd fast as hell :)

Crazy lived in Swansea all my life, looked up Roger Street from Llangyfelach Road, but never been up there.

Roy Saunders lived in the big bungalow at the top of Roger St (on the common) too, Dean was a bit of a knob, his sister Allison was lovely though, my first real girlfriend at 14 yrs old, not bragging like 😉
Dean Saunders had me on toast many years ago in a friendly down Ashliegh Road .

Roy was pulling the strings from midfield and getting his boy involved at all times .
Made me look a right mug player at full back , Dean was a winger .

45 years later I have let it go , it never festers in my memory .
