As things stand Cardiff are saved by Reading’s points deduction.

Games against Wycombe and Oxford will certainly be rambunctious

With a deduction of 6 points, as many have said.....the cockroaches up the road are precisely that.

Bottom 3 side at this level, with their top performers being loanees, and a transfer embargo not allowing them to pay fees for even loans. Will need to be some very good recruitment at to stop them struggling again.

Edit - If they lose to Burnley that is, Burnley could be on the beach already as we saw with Sheff Utd last night.

Reading will have some good away days next season which I'm sure will make up for relegation. Portsmouth MK Don's Wycombe Bristol Rovers Oxford Exeter Charlton Leyton Orient Stevenage Cheltenham and Northampton.

Lucky scummers.

Why didn't Reading appeal this decision? It was imposed late into the season so if they appealed surely there's a chance it could have rolled over into next season?

There has been talk of deduction cut off dates but they didn't seem to apply to this one?

Or did they think they could still survive even with the deduction?
