I got to know Pete well when he used to drink in Hocks (now Eli Jenkins)
An absolute diamond of a man.
Could listen to his one liners all day.
The banter between Pete and "pool cue" Annie was legendary.

Rest in peace big man ❤

I got to know him in the early 80s as I was in the same year as his son suki, who sadly died in 82, his death hit us all badly as he was a cracking kid, a Sikh who wore a turban with a welsh accent, he was funny as fuck.

I digressed a bit there, as I say I knew peter fairly well and he was like his son, funny and friendly.

RIP Peter.
