• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

The irony or wotever you wanna call it is that we won it in the same way we've chucked away so many games this season. Was there a higher being testing us ?

He needs to sort the defence out and get another goalkeeper, don't want to be starting the season with Fisher between the sticks, don't want him as a No2 either, doubt we'll see Benda until the Autumn at least.

Martin has been in charge of the defence for approaching two years, and he's the one who took one look at Benda and decided that we needed Fisher instead.

Beating a shìt side (albeit the scum) four times in a row doesn't change my mind that we'd be much better off without Martin at the helm...

We’re back to the key question of whether another manager could get more consistency out of this squad, I’d hazard a guess at the answer being a yes.

A last minute win in a game we should have strolled, partly because we reverted to his favoured way of playing, changes nothing. He’s cack. Dump.

We’ve likely got him and a depleted squad and Fisho for another season though. We’re in a spot of bother.

I can't get that excited about Cardiff. I would gladly swap a win each against Cardiff and a place in the playoffs for the double.

We're both South Wales clubs and there is always rivalry between brothers, but it's not what really matters. Under Martin, the team is a very long way from doing what really matters.
