Yep me too, scrappy game, neither really looked like scoring.John102 said:Jack2jack said:Another point on the board, against a decent side, I'll take that.
I was expecting more from B'mouth thought they looked poor myself.
What game were you watching you clown Gyorkeres was truly awful not one single touch of his went to a team mate. Imho the worst player to have worn the shirt in the last 4 years.KarlHRummenigge said:Outstanding result against a Prem league team.
Cooper and the boys did a number on them. Palmer and Gyokeres not only closed the game out by pushing the oppo back on their heels, but we took the game to them in the closing stages. Odd that some fail to see this. Clearly never kicked a ball.
Grimes motm. The spine is looking good.

No? I’m on the edge of my seat. Two good teams cancelling each other out. Could go either way.

Pacemaker said:I thought that the team played well and really felt we were going to nick it towards the end, Bournemouth were somewhat “professional” from beginning to end, the ref allowed them to delay everyone of our free kicks by standing over ball or kicking it away which prevented us from making a quick transition.
The obvious weak link is up front where if we had someone to run at the defence with pace we would be winning games we are currently drawing. I enjoyed the game just on the basis that we really know how to roll up our sleeves and work hard as a team. That back line is constantly being disrupted but they still work very well as a unit, a sign of good coaching.

Excellent post and a breath of fresh air for the usual doom merchants to mull over. Thoroughly enjoying for the discerning, intelligent football fan.
The overtly negative few now need to think before they post. Or they will continue to look more and more foolish and out of touch.
Time for some of the clueless to find a new hobby.
