Swans weren’t particularly pretty tonight but patient against a Barnsley team who set up to contain us.

Very professional performance.

Cardiff lose at home to Hull reserves.

Apparently they actually threw the ball directly into the Hull net 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Goal disallowed.

We were pedestrian as fck until we brought on Ntcham. Last twenty we looked so much better and were comfortable winners in the end

Definitely need another option in that role if Walsh isn't going to get a chance. Ntcham's class will make a big difference for us this season.

Getting Ntcham on a free was outstanding business.
Way I see it we basically have two positions to recruit for in January:
1. An attacking left wing back because Jake just isn't creative in the way we need for the way we play
2. Another player in the hole so that we have options outside of Paterson and Ntcham because eventually they will need a rest

Maybe another striker too if Obafemi continues to shit in RM's cornflakes

The fan that ran onto the pitch was the same one giving Korey Smith an earful early in the second half
Hopefully the Swans fan hurt is alright

“Wasn't all bad, in fact first half he was fine. Mind you Swansea were very poor and kept falling over or kicking the ball out of play.”

I love comments like this after a win 🤣

The Ntcham change won us the game.. shame he seems to be a one game in a week player.. but maybe he'll get up to speed and hold down a regular spot, because he's a classy player, and by far our most talented asset, sorry no Piroe no party!

As you say, he's a classy player. He was clearly missed in the first half because for all our possession, the midfield weren't creating enough scoring opportunities. Ntcham plays between the lines and when he receives the ball in that space, it's clear that his first thought is to go forward to try to create a scoring opportunity either for himself or someone else. We haven't got anyone else quite like him so we need to get him 100% fit and playing a lot more than he does at present.
