• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Our unwillingness to turn into space and obsession with possession can be infuriating at times.

As i say that great finish by Obafemi

Great goal, thought the chance had gone but he somehow squeezed it in.
Dai Cornell probably felt sorry for us.

Good goal. But that last play of the half there shows me why we don't score many. Patto was out on the left, turned inside and beat his man, all the time in the world to cross and he over-hits it out of play with guys waiting in the middle. We're so fecking careless.

Its safe to say that a midfield three of Smith Downes and Grimes does not create a lot nor is blessed woth trickery and pace.

Now that we are in front we should bring off Smith and bring a more attack minded player on such as Joseph or Ntcham or maybe lets be crazy and bring on Congreve to play through the middle with Pato and Joel either sode of him

If we played at more than at training pace we should be about 3 up

This is as bad as saturday, they couldn't carve open a bloody turkey

no it isnt.
apart from the goal it bloody well is, the posh are playing league 2 standard and we are not much better tonight a proper team would have had double figures tonight.

Peterborough are embarrassing. We had every player including goal keeper in their half with 7 of their players in their own box.

No ambition to play football and try and win the game.

It was like a training game of attack v defence… come and try and break us down.

That’s as good as his desired style gets, and it should be 3-0. It’s still frustrating to watch, but it will always be, as we will always turn backwards and slow down and stop. That IS his ‘process’ objective. Unfortunately, it’s only 1-0 and they will now press us in the second half…they have to. That means anything could happen. They really have to win this game. Let’s hope it means a WBA type outcome.

Don’t be silly… it’s difficult to break down a team who just put every man behind the ball in their own 3rd. Things will hopefully different 2nd half as Peterborough will actually have to try and play some football and go forward.
