• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

This type of game has been the Achilles heel of our season, playing against a team that is content to sit back and absorb us having the ball. One of our missing jigsaw pieces is gem who can unpick these stubborn walls. The hard part is finding the gem.

Although in fairness to them when they do get the ball they are trying to get forward. Certainly not the worst team we’ve had down here this season.

They are creating a lot of half chances. We're a tad below par too. I'm a bit concerned.

Yeah, just need to move the ball a bit quicker. A good example there after Obafemi’s chance when Christie could have whipped a cross in but took an extra touch and lost it. Hopefully Martin gees them up at half time.

Barnsley will be happy with those stats. They’ve played the game well.
We’re a bit below par, but you get the feeling if we get a goal, the game will open up for us

Thank goodness for that, a Fifteen minute respite. Our general ball play has been poor imo.

We started well but have let Barnsley suck the pace out of the game which entirely suits them.
Hopefully RM will shoot some rockets up the players backsides for the second half.
Their keeper does not look confident at all with the two saves and one clearance he has had to make so far.

Wer playing like we just had to turn up to win. Glad to get in 0-0.
Their defence looks awful if we can just get in behind em.
