• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Preston are dreadful, what a job their manager must be doing to have them in the top half. Not a footballer among them by that showing.

To be fair Potts caused us a fair few problems in the first 10-15 mins but after that we've marked him out of the game and Preston can't get any service to him.

Attack great, defence great, even Flipper caught a corner, but we're outnumbered in midfield and being outrun a bit there.
Possibly bring Ntcham on for Cullen second half. Although, come to think of it, Joe won't last 90 minutes, so he's likely to be subbed too.

EDIT: overrun, not outrun

On another note, Cardiff doing their usual cockroach stuff.

The space they're giving us in midfield is outrageous and they're just letting us run through them. With a little more luck and/or composure, we could have had 5 or 6 before half-time. They certainly don't look like a team with playoff aspirations, they don't look like they're bothered. Watch Darling walk through their defence for his goal without anyone even trying to just get in his way to make things a bit more difficult. Unbelievable.

That goal looked like zonal marking and Cullen shepherded the Preston player in that zone out of the way.

I hope this isn’t going to be a rerun of last season.

Had a cheeky £2 bet on more than 3 goals, Piroe to score at any time and Swans to win. 11/1 Already paid out.
Oh and a straight Piroe to score at any time

There's no way we will throw away a 3 goal lead.

Thank and quote me later. :D
