• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Scrolling through the comments after their loss today and it seems Norwich are suffering under the same footballing malaise as we are: (these comments seem familiar to anyone?)

A fine city though. Anyone who is prepared to travel should make a weekend of it. Great place: good architecture (esp. UEA) and delicious beer plus river and the cathedral close.

I went to a few Norwich games back in the day and the vibe was very Swansea: oh &ck, not again. Relegation in about 1981 … 2-0 down, 2-2, then 2-3 on the last day, Followed by promotion season in about 1982.

Matty should be rested for this. He's been carrying Willy for far too long now - just like he did for his failed mentor, Martin.

It's the sure-fire way of expediting Willy Out.

This is why Luke said in his presser he loves watching them makes sense now.
All these slow ponderous build up possession based nut jobs are in a secret club and feel the need to defend each other when there flawed approach to playing the games gets called out by the supporters bored shitless of watching it.

I'd love to read the messages in their WhatsApp group chat.

But what about the winning quorum? Surely we should never sacrifice that even if it did expedite getting our Willy Out.

I cant see Fulton forming part of a winning quorum with Marge, Sheez and Joe if Matty is relegated to the doldrums even for a weekend.
