• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Good, West stand up on their feet and singing would have been unthinkable in January.
Yeah there were a good number of empty seats by me (I was opposite the safe standing area practically in line with the 6 yard box so I had a great view of Eom's screamer). Hopefully more performances like we have had the past few games will get more butts on seats

Way I look at it two more wins and we can officially call ourselves safe (even though we might be safe already).

After that we have to be ruthless and start giving the game time to players that we know will be with us next season rather than those out of contract in 3 months (Darling, Allen, Naughton) or going back from their loans (Delcroix, O'Brien) or are just stinking up the place with how shit they are (Fulton).

That means in my eyes using the final six or seven games of the season to give some genuine first team time for players coming back from injuries that will be highly influential next season (Ginnelly, Parker, etc) or players who have been banging on the door from the reserves looking to break into the first team (at least those we haven't already sent out on loan).

I love O'Brien I think he has been a breath of fresh air and if a deal for him can be done then we should absolutely explore it if it won't hamstring us going forward with our summer plans. That said however we have to succession plan for a life in the league without him - now if a certain bald headed muppet hadn't frozen Abdulai out from his favoured position and forced him onto the wings that might not have been an issue but that bridge has been crossed and well and truly burned. Now we need to look first at what options we have in house that can step up from the reserves/youth setup and see how they can handle first team championship action.

Rhondda fighter Lauren Price demolished London world champion Jonas winning every round at Albert Hall in front of the delirious free Wales Army. Lauren graciously thanked her dancing partner whose gears were stuck in reverse ALL NIGHT LONG, and Price seems right to appear next against Burnley, WITH LUCK!

Tymon has defended well the last 2 home games. Has been sprinting back when our side being overloaded. He has the all round game as he showed last season. At PNE he did not get back for some reason and LOB and Eom were left busting a gut to get back. That cannot happen!

"stinking up the place" 🤣🤣

Blackburn, PNE, M'boro. Now then, Watford, Burnley, & Leeds. That is a helluva job interview!
Fast attacking football, three clean sheets, there are mistakes too which adds to the excitement. May we ask for more of the same, please>
