About 3 players in January and it might be on, we signed Britton, Moore and Borini In January and moved Dobbie to the no10 and that improved us so much, we finished in them comfortably

To be fair we were also knocking on the door and there or thereabouts for most of the season. In fact we had been having a half decent go at the top two before we dropped off in the final two months or so.

Then again there is almost always one side that comes flying out of the traps after the January window and that momentum has more than once carried a team from mid table mediocrity into and through the playoffs.

We didn't trouble the top 6 the last three seasons, and the squad has weakened year on year over that time. There is zero evidence this group is capable of anything better than mid table.
