• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Darling and Eom need to pick up a little, think Franco has been unreal breaking play up and buzzing around

Darling makes me nervous. Even when we were on top it seemed obvious he's the one its going through and he's got a mistake in him.

Darling living on the edge a bit buying some extremely soft free kicks, ref is giving him less and less now so he needs to toughen up
Darling needs to recognise his limitations. He started well and now seems to think he’s Messi. That said, he’s probably had more touches than Cardiff 🤣. Goal aside we’ve created nothing, and they’ve created absolutely nothing. We need a second from somewhere. Creating chances is going to be a big challenge for us this season.

Key is passing backwards at very opportunity and Cabango and Darlingare just slowing the gamedown and when they pass forward it goes nowhere. Grimes hiding a bit.

Plus side we are winning and enough quality to get further goals if we just step it up a bit from the back

Same score at half-time against Preston and a similar performance in the first half. I'll be delighted if our second half mirrors the Preston game also...

Ramsey has pushed up about 10 yards offering a 2 man press on Darling and Cabango cutting off the easy out ball. Need to adjust our own approach to counter that

They need a kick at half time though, Cardiff are not out of this by a long chalk, a goal for them and its anybodies.

Now that they have tweaked, we should do the same. When NG stepped up Ronald was left in acres of space. We need to to match the change with a more direct approach.
If we carry on like this it going to be 1-1 in no time.

Yeah, Darling needs to cut out that 'I'll just lightly shield the ball and go down at the slightest touch' thing he's been relying on all game and start defending properly.

Eom has been...Eononymous...needs a rocket up his arse or we get to see what Bianchini can do.

Eom is getting nothing from Key.. the wing swap will now isolate Ronald unless we go long

The huge positive though is that both our strikers are scoring goals, both of them giving each other a reason to keep performing. 2 this season for Cullen and 1 for Vipotnik
