• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Yeah I mean we're clearly not world-beaters...but I think we have the basics covered enough to scrape a lovely 14th or 15th position (or that ballpark) this year. It is what it is, enjoy the journey.

Or in a nutshell, you mean we have a good goalie?

Lack of quality in the final third kills us again. It's becoming tedious now.
The managers reluctance to try anything different is a concern.

Vipotnik needs minutes in his legs and Cullen isn't a lone striker.

Cooper seems to run around a lot without actually doing anything.

If it were me, I'd go 442

That was all very neat for the first two thirds of the pitch, but by Christ do we need someone who can coach a bit of zip into our final third. Time and time again do we allow the opposition to get back in shape and snuff us out.

Subs changed the game once again, not in our favour once again.

This team needs a good 4-0 win behind them. Ronald, Eom, Vipotnik badly need a goal.

I was thinking about 442 but then who is the midfield and where does Eom play. I want to see him central and not left.

We've got a good goalie, but I think we've got enough going forward to scrape a good handful of wins...I mean, if today ended 1-0 or 2-0 or 2-1 I wouldn't have been surprised and we'd all be happy. We aren't great but I didn't nearly fall asleep like previous regimes.

More chance of Lord Lucan riding in to Swansea on Shergar than Williams playing him as a number ten.

I just feel Cullen is too lightweight to play up top on his own.

For sure, and let's not forget, before Stoke beat 2nd bottom Portsmouth the other night they had lost 3 and drawn 1 of their previous four games.
No excuses today, anything other than a win and Williams can get tae fuck 👍
Pish again, up against another pish side at home, so, no excuse.
Williams can get tae fuck, the baldy cunt.
