Labour will still be involved you can guarantee that.In summary if your preferred party is polling under 13% then vote for the party that is running against your most disliked option (i.e Reform)
There isn’t any logic to it.Can someone please explain to me how you can go from Labour to reform.
Ideologically I just can’t understand it. I’ve tried to understand it but no matter what I read or listen to I can’t make any sense of it.
Thanks good post. There isn’t any logic to it.
Like the US, the poorest and the least educated are looking for something, anything to improve their lives and they’re not thinking about it, they’re voting for the far right who promise change in their lives.
All they can see is that the traditional parties of government have let them down and the mantra of immigrants taking away their jobs and their way of life strikes a chord. They’re not going to vote for those traditional parties any more. Reform are very good at playing on this.
Yes, Reform are a bunch of failed Tories and chancers but people aren’t thinking, they’re just looking for something different.
I despair.
The only thing I can chuck in the pot is that the more left of the left wing argued against the EEC and and European integration and so were very pro Brexshit. Corbyn was pro but didn't dare say so, but made no real attempt to fight against. An old school friend falls into that category so only a single view, but he also hates 'the establishment' and the maintenance of privilege and inherited concentrated wealth, and he has gone from standing as a labour councillor to 'joining up with Nigel' ffs. He just sees it as a vehicle for radical change. Can someone please explain to me how you can go from Labour to reform.
