They’ll give him a few weeks.
They lose Saturday and I think they will have a decision to make.

1 win in 7 in the league.
No win at home in the league for 9 weeks.
Performances have been average at best
Around 20M worth of new talent integrated into the squad over the summer.

He has been backed more than any Manager since we got relegated from the Premiership.

Yep.

I would argue only Burgess has been a success so far. Possibly Galbraith as well, although his more recent performances have not been as good as his early ones.

The rest can all be filed under "jury's still out".

This is very harsh on Galbraith. I see some promise with Inoussa but even he needs a big performance soon because he has not quite put together a really impactful game yet. I am not worried about him but a goal would help. The others are 'jury still out" like you say.

Burgess - Solid for the level and he will score from a corner in the league soon.
Casey - Squad depth.
Santos - Depth but injured so far.
Samuel Smith - Squad depth.
Galbraith - Love. Love. Love.
Stamenic - Looks the part but I do not know if he has the passing needed for what he is being asked to do. Maybe a switch to a 2 will help him but it can not be alongside Franco or Yalcouye so they will both need to be dropped.
Widel - Signed in January but can include him and has not played much. Looked brighter last night when he was thrown in.
Yalcouye - Came in with a lot of hype but just seems like another energy midfielder who has no quality on the ball. Not a bad player but very similar to what Franco brings.
Benson - Injured. He has been injured for years now so maybe this was a mistake.
Inoussa - Clear potential but we do not get him the ball in dangerous areas and he is always having to dribble from very deep areas. Has barely had a shot since joining which is the only worry.
Idah - Thought he would have played more by now but the timing did not help him because Vipotnik started scoring as soon as he arrived. He will play lots more in the coming months and it is good to have two strikers at all time I think he will come good but has not paid any of the money back yet.
Wales - Young player for the future.

Our squad is definitely better than it was last season so you can not say it was a bad window but there are a lot of okay players on that list lacking real quality. Stamenic is the biggest worry right now because I thought we could lock him in as our starting 6 but with every week he looks less suited to the role and being the cornerstone of the midfield. Hopefully he is just adjusting and can figure out how to pass forward more. It was definitely not a bad window but may need downgrading from good or great to average. I wonder if we will have to swap all of our loans in January. The first two defenders have looked alright but may be unhappy that they are not getting any time and the other two because we can get more suitable players instead of them.

So Burgess and Gailbraith fill the gaps of Darling and O'Brien...
So we should at least see similar performances as witnessed under Sheehan last season but we arent.
The attcking intent we saw has gone
The question has to be asked as to why Gailbraith is going backwards the same has been said of Stamenic...his early promise gone......is this due to coaching?

Coaches can do this to players even the great Pep has affected the game of Jack Grealish who looks a lesser player now.
Well they have only gone backwards for us, both are having excellent reviews playing for their countries.

You could be right for the first time in 20 years.

It's pretty obvious!

Let's be fair, people were calling for Luke Williams to go at this stage last season and his points tally was identical, we actually scored more goals but also conceded more.
There are a lot of posters on here who were quick to call for Williams head but are now wanting to give Sheehan more time despite him having around 20M worth of talent put infront of him over the summer.
People wanted pragmatic, a good pragmatic manager will be better etc etc........they got it and it's still as much fun as having a wank with sandpaper.

We need a complete change.

And obviously the owners have massively tried to lift the profile of the club .

It was Sheehan they were booing on the East stand at the end was it?

Hellberg will be done in the Swedish league in a couple of weeks, our original target wasn’t he?
