People said the same thing about the Derby game, where we came away with all three points. This time we came away with nothing, but we were one set-piece error away from taking a point against a team that most people expected to beat us. They were limited to three shots on target all game. OK, so apparently they were poor. Was that because they are intrinsically bad or was that because of Sheehan’s tactics? If they gone up there and played attacking football, then you wouldn't have heard a peep about Sheehan. That performance was so bad, it's seeds doubt if he is actually upto this job.
Basically, with Sheehan we are going to get games of entertaining, fast-paced football and borefests, Cooperball and (God help us) Martinball and more besides. If you can’t live with that then I am afraid you are going to have an uncomfortable season ahead.
