An overrated coach. With Croatia, he had great players, but even then he had crucial mistakes (When Croatia took the lead against Turkey in the 119th minute (EURO), instead of changing players and delaying, he was celebrating). Only at West Ham he lasted for more than 18 months. Everywhere else - less months. Realistically, he doesn't have any big successes/titles. Got fired in all clubs. He is a good motivator, friend with the players (do we need that).

Surely either of them would be better than what we've got at the moment. All I want is someone for 2 months to motivate the players sufficiently to ensure we don't get relegated.

i get the desperation trust me, but he couldnt motivate the watford players sufficiently and they are better than our lot
