When he was asked about outgoings the other day, Sheehan basically said that we’ve already lost a lot of players. Doesn’t sound like we’re going to lose anyone. Although I’d like to see some of the younger players get loans.

Can't lose players that no-one wants. Cooper and Vipotnik are our only half-sellable assets, Cooper hasn't done anything for two years, and Vipotnik has three years left on a presumably quite high paying deal

Very hard to actually gauge the quality of Stamenic. Plays internationally, but not for a particularly high standard of nation. Seemed to be a real prospect in Serbia, but that was nearly three years ago, and has barely played since.

Time will tell whether all our new signings turn out to be any good, but you cannot fault our new owners. We'd forgotten what ambition used to look like. They're giving us hope, which is something the club has lacked for nigh on a decade. For their first summer window, you can't ask for any more than that.

Just need that striker in now, fingers crossed.

Well maybe I am - I’m sure I’ve seen him listed as an Attacking Midfielder- perhaps Sheehan might have said he was signing him as an AM I don’t know. But I do think he’ll be playing there rather than anywhere else.
