I'd like Ollie too, as well as McKenna but they are unaffordable, having 2 years left on their contracts at La Liga wages
If its good enough for Bale its good enough for mostI'd be kicking back and enjoying the next 2 years in the sun, under contract if I was McBurnie.
Booby Cymru is a Jack, he hates Cardiff.Bobby Wales passed medical 4 year contract incoming.
He looked very good when I saw him play for Liverpool but then again so did Rhys Williams.
Indeed. We really need to unearth another Brewster type loan player who is a class above in terms of pace and skill. He looked very good when I saw him play for Liverpool but then again so did Rhys Williams.
From what I have seen it looks like Sheehan likes his front man to be relentless in the press as well as having the ability to contest and hold up the ball to give the wingers and attacking midfield players a chance to get up and around him. Scoring goals is also of course desirable but finding a player with the pressing intensity of Diego Costa, the hold up ability of Wilfried Bony (the first version) and the goalscoring ability of Michu all in one package is something that sides like Real Madrid would pay tens of millions for let alone the humble Swans. Now that we have consistency of leadership- we really need to solidify how Sheehan wants us to play and recruit accordingly.
What does he want from his front man - hold the ball up/pace/movement/finishing?
Or we could go for none of the above and welcome back Jerry Yates
