Summer Transfer Window

We will be taking a huge gamble to offer him a contract when you consider the injuries he has had.
Possibly, so the medical team would have to take a very close look at him. If we were to offer him a contract it would be for a year, with an option for a further year based on appearances. He's impressed for Wales against the minnows and middle ranking nations, so I think he would be a decent backup at Championship level.

Fotmob have him down as an AM rather than a striker. He's 6'3" and unsurprisingly is strong in the air. Excellent defensive stats. Can dribble too.

There's a clear consistent thread in our recruitment, players have to have strong defensive attributes regardless of position, plus good dribbling skills. This makes a lot of sense, because even the best dribblers lose the ball in dribbles almost half the time. So clearly the idea is to risk losing possession more often but then press hard to win it back early. If that is the plan then I'm fully behind it. We could well be a delight to watch next season.

Yes it's the annual summer of BS
Although... some of it is true eg Santos
But which bits?
I hope there's truth in the Galbraith rumour anyway

Seeing that we made a serious bid for him in the last window it would be surprising if we weren't still interested in him.

Joe Low has apparently completed a medical at Huddersfield today.
Strange that we didn't go back in for him, seeing as we bid in January.
Interesting to see who we have lined up.

Think the change of regime led to a change of targets. Maybe we've got bigger fish in mind, maybe he's just not someone Sheehan particularly rates. The fact that he's gone to another League One club suggests that his stock has dropped.

Considering we still need 2 centre backs, I'm still surprised we haven't gone for Low, even as back up. The fact that Wycombe left him out could have worked in out favour in terms of us being in a better negotiating position.

The fact Low was benched by Wycombe in favour of a Derby loanee was a red flag.
Not necessarily. Bradley is very experienced and got Derby promoted, so it was a pragmatic decision, which didn't work out.

I'm a bit surprised we haven't gone for him, as he's impressed me on Wales U21 duty. Hopefully we've got somebody with greater potential lined up.

Sam Dalby has signed for Bolton despite interest from Preston and another Championship club. He should be a good signing for them.
