One of the finest amateur photographers in the Neath Port Talbot area is a guy called Bob Pickett.
He takes some pearlers fair play.
SuperbšŸ‘

Im straying slightly but a lad I know Mark Rigdon has taken this amazing photo tonight in Port Talbot using a webcam and a scope and it’s a capture of the Orion Nebula.
It can be seen with a naked eye from a dark area looking like a misty patch in the middle star in his sword.
The Nebula is the closest Star formation to Earth, the bright part in the middle is where Stars' are being born.
The Nebula is around 1,344 Light years' from Earth and around 24, Light years' across.
To explain distance 1 Light year is around 6 Trillion miles.

Out walking the dogs on Penlan common this morning after my nightshift and witnessed this amazing sunrise, luckily I had my phone with me! If you look closely at the left of the picture you can just about make out Tudno Flants.
