Swansea City Have Parted Ways with Head Coach Luke Williams

“I think he’ll be gone now as well. It’s Coleman’s only chance to deflect all the attention from himself”

Well that was the easiest prediction I’ve ever made.

It is always so utterly obvious what these people will do in every circumstance.

Appointing his mate from Notts County and finally sacking him within a week of that just increases the sense that Coleman hasn't the faintest idea what he's doing.
I'm more than glad to see the back of Williams but it hasn't reduced the fear that I have for the future of the club with Coleman calling the shots.

Maybe Montague played a role in Williams departure. if so he's off to a great start in his new job.

If you’d told us 3 years ago that our attacking line up in a 6 pointer would consist of Cullen, Cooper and an unknown South Korean with no goals and assists, we’d have all assumed we’d be in league 1 or 2.
Russell Martin football with no output = 10,000 fans and falling fast.

Having arrived brimming with so much enthusiasm and energy, those on the ground claim Williams had slowly started to become devoid of the effervescence that had made him such a popular figure with staff around Fairwood in recent weeks.

The toll of the last few weeks, some claim, had started to show. The overall feeling was that by the end, Williams was merely going through the motions. A broken man awaiting his inevitable fate.

It's understood the decision to part ways was one that was largely pushed by the majority owners, and the question now will be about what comes next.

I still honestly don’t know why it took them so, so long ??

When you’ve lost 8 of your last 10 games, why wait until the 10th one, before the penny drops?

I think they should sack Coleman and employ me.

‘Cause I sussed it out 10 games ago, when we gave up to Portsmouth 4 nil, 1-1 WBA, followed by 3 nil to Southampton, 3 nil home to The Scum, 1-2 home to Sheff U, 5-1 to Norwich, 2 nil home to Coventry, 1 nil to Bristol C, 1 nil home to Sheff W, and finally 1-3 to Stoke.

I think the obvious clue was all the L’s
In the win column

we won against Bristol City bud

I just hope we sign someone "big" or just maybe different in terms of management. Not just some random british assistant manager from League 1 or 2 again. Watch it be Wayne Rooney now... ffs.
