If all things remain equal then the Swans will be playing their first game in more than three weeks on Monday night when they entertain Fulham at the Swansea.com stadium in potentially our first game since defeat by Nottingham Forest at the same venue on December 11. Games against QPR, Millwall and...

This is going well. Such the pity that Football chat is now a sideshow.

Maybe to stimulate football discussion and debate ahead of what is a make or break watershed for Martin, best to proffer some match-specific Football content, with views on options around Formation, Personnel, 1st 11 vs Impact Finishers etc ?

Maybe appoint a Football Champion with Footballing expertise - someone to lead, drive, nurture and grow Football chat.

Thanks for volunteering - you can email the first piece to admin@planetswans.co.uk and take on said role with immediate effect. Maybe for ease we class it as being ready 1st January given its the start of the month

Thats assuming you want to grow the football chat rather than just come on here and moan about everything that you read.

@swansnews, with all due respect you need someone who can construct sentences correctly and not litter pieces with meaningless blurb, poor grammar and random capital letters. The current author does a fine job.

You somehow misunderstood. I didn't volunteer, and for good reason.

We all want our Swans Football forums thriving, and look for the best ways of stimulating said chat.

You need to find a Football Champion from within, somebody here who has long lasting credibility on this forum, someone well respected for their deep Footballing insight, who can garner the interest and support of the hard core here.

Darran seems to be the best candidate, from the initial responses to the Football Forum ? thread.

Thanks for that, I really needed a good laugh 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Right on cue, a case in point. Far too many posters miss the point.

Is it a Twp thing ?

Or is it far more deep lying here.

A thread entitled: 'Let's talk about football', and nada, zilch.........nothing, but ridicule.

Fair play to the OP for trying, against all odds.

Some of the contributors here need to look within, instead of always lashing out.

Wasting your time AC. Six thick old men and a dodgy register bloke is all they have, the thread title by Walter was meant to be a joke but all of a sudden it’s turned in to the truth.

Just seeking out the registered.

Whatever tickles your fancy.

Just really glad to see new posters joining and supporting this well run Swans site.

Great to have you onboard. I mean that. All views welcome, footballing or otherwise.

On the football side of things.
IF the match goes ahead.

We need a Swans win, desperately.

Players and Martin have had time to rest, regroup and come up with some new tactics. Especially defensively.

Fingers crossed for 3 points. Let's get some positivity back, we all need it.

COYS.
