• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

In fairness much work to do, both ourselves and Italy are light years behind Scotland at the moment never mind the rest.

But we've got the best man we could have at the helm.

Perhaps Martin should be a rugby coach. His tactics would be perfect sidewards, sidewards, back, back sidewards back

Heavy defeat, what beaten by 13 pts dear me give your head a wobble

Ok I withdraw the ā€œheavyā€ part although conceding 41 points still seems like a bit of a kicking to me but as is a I said, I know zip about rugby. Point still stands though, if Martin came out tomorrow night praising a ā€œbrilliantā€ performance in a 2-0 defeat to the Wurzels tomorrow you’d be quite rightly tamping.

I would yes but 1 goal is one goal, where as a try is 5 point's, you getting my point now, Wales are rebuilding [hopefully] so after the criticism they got last week from winning and France kicking 7 bells out of England, most thought [including me] we'd have a tattering, but we didn't, the performance was excellent and we didn't get that tattering, so onwards and upwards.

Swans will win tomorrow :D

I don’t watch rugby so I’ll take your word on the improvement but saying ā€œbrilliant performanceā€ after a fairly heavy defeat just seems to be a bit weird.

A reasonably good start by Wales only showed that France had underestimated them somewhat.

France sliced through Wales like a red hot knife through butter whenever the fancied it and didn’t have to work too hard for the win all things considered.

Some good attacking moments from Wales but strewn with poor handling, poor decision making and non-existent defence and full back.

Brilliant.
