Somebody just said 'send her back to where she came from' :o , hey butt she came from Bethnal Green .

Just shows exactly what this country has become, I know for a fact it's the kind of thing people like Darran think, but haven't got the balls to say

It’s a ridiculous decision.

She’s British and should be tried by a British Court and held in a British jail.

Why should anyone else have to deal with it?

Well not everybody thinks like you see Mont.
Nobody with a brain cell would send her back to where she came from when she comes from London.
Anyway where was this said?

She married an ISIS fighter. Have you ever seen the videos online of what they do?

And what specifically in her upbringing makes you think she wasn't raised right? Nothing to do with her religion of course...

No idea f**k her.

Dude, have you seen the state of her?

An interesting take from David Allen Green

"The court of appeal has been told off by the unanimous supreme court for not giving 'the Home Secretary’s assessment the respect which it should have received'.

It is not only an unfortunate chose of words, it is also somewhat chilling in a court which is in effect the final guarantor of our basic rights and freedoms either under the common law, human rights law, or otherwise.

The job of the courts is not to 'give respect' to assessments of the home secretary - but to approach such determinations with anxious scrutiny.

Perhaps the use of words here is a slip - but one fears instead it is again a tell."

Maybe it's the Supreme Court picking its battles? If they'd ceded here then can you imagine the Mail/Express etc. - that would pour rocket fuel on the flames of a culture war.

Yes.

You think I’ve commented on her guilt. I haven’t. Only on her nationality. When she’s been on trial here if she’s locked up for ever and never again sees any sort of freedom I won’t give it a moments thought.

It’s a separate issue.

Ok, let her stand trial in the UK, find her guilty, then deport her, sounds good to me
