He’s 22 and I know the guy was an exception but Rooney was 16.
Take the rose tinted glasses off.

I probably agree, but McBurnie was also rubbished, so let’s just see. If he’s crap, Martin won’t play him.

I don’t know what it’s like at other clubs but Swans fans always seem to massively overrate young players.

I think it’s common. Wishful thinking.

Give the young lad time to breathe and learn his trade at Championship level before flicking the switch aye

As ive said, I dont think hes rubbish, but hes a good league 1/average championship striker, he'll never be good enough to be first choice
When you have Byers being shipped out whos around the same ability its a bit confusing why hes still around, I was expecting him to be loaned out, maybe he still will

There were an awful lot of people slating mcburnie for the entire time he was here saying he wasn't good enough and would never cut it. Even some still did so when he was banging them in..People see what they want to see

Clueless, absolutely clueless as per, Rooney had good players if not great players around him at Everton supplying great balls for him to convert and massively moreso at your MU , Cullen ain't had that, Cullen is the most natural gifted goalscorer we've had in yrs. Look behind Cullen before making an ill judged opinion.
Stick to looking out for UFO's

McBurnie could trap a ball, head a ball and link up play, he also had a knack with crosses, this assessment on Cullen is from 20 plus games where he hasn't shown any of these skills
