The decline looks terminal down east

Has anyone read any of the Wales Online articles about their next manager search? The delusion is beyond. Abandonato has been writing this hype unabated for over 30 years, drip drip drip every day, he’s started to believe his own shite, and all their fans have and all. Satire is dead judging by the unintentional comedy gold this nutter and his employees come up with day in day out.

Watched the game tonight too, y’know...just for the giggles. Mon’s absolutely spot on, first half they got it down and tried to play. Trouble is, their midfield consists of any two of Vaulks, Ralls and Pack. 😂

Second half they bottled it and reverted to the agricultural approach. The closest they came to scoring was when a couple of attempted blocks/interceptions by Rs defenders ballooned towards goal.

I wouldn’t be at all surprised if they went down. Lose Moore to a long term injury and I’d put them odds on to go down. It’s going to be fun to watch. 😂🏊‍♂️

That midfield 3 are terrifying, it's like having Ryan Bennett as your midfield general ball player, but saying that, he'd do a better job

Crowd given as 16,800.
Fck my eyes...not what I saw.
Never realised the ground held 170 thousand.

He probably would, Skip - Naughts definitely would.

Thing is, I remember Vaulks from his Rotherham days and I always thought he was decent and wouldn’t have minded us signing him. Two years of watching the ball fly over his head has killed him as a player. How the f*** Page thinks he’s worthy of a Wales call up is beyond me, but then you could say the same about Harris and Colwill.

They’re seriously f***ed.

Exactly what I thought, their midfield were terrible, every second ball was going to QPR, lads at the back played ok, Colwill doesn't suit the way they play at all and Moore was on his own second half most of the time.

Could be in trouble if they get unlucky with injuries.

Moore is seriously pi**ed off there… he’s found himself a new agent to try and arrange a move in January.

It does, but they include the concourse figures in that total.

Makes it funnier that their fans thought they played good football last night then. Shows what shyte they’ve been used to for years. They probably thought Cooperball was like 70s Brazil.

I think they are already in deep trouble. If it weren’t for Derby’s points deduction they’d already be 3 points adrift in the relegation zone. They’ve not scored at home since August and even that was an own goal. What they should’ve done is binned off McCarthy in the summer and given the job to a manager who could rebuild. Now they are stuck in the same loop of having to hire someone who can get a tune out of a squad of cart horses. It won’t be pretty but I’d wager the only way to get that team out of trouble would be to build around Moore and continue to be direct and compact.

When you’ve only scored 4 goals since September and taken 1 point in 30 after a freak collapse by the opposition, it’s probably not an ideal time to start asking donkeys like Sean Morrison and Curtis Nelson to play it out from the back.

Don’t forget it took Russell Martin two months of setbacks, a couple of spankings, two international breaks and several transfers to get us looking remotely competent and competitive and we are still a long, long way from the finished article. And that was with a base squad of players used to keeping the ball on the deck. Now Cardiff seem to think a change of manager or even their new coach can get them playing their way out of trouble in a few games with a razor thin squad of shunters. I hate to break it to them but a change of identity takes months of training and matches, losses, lessons, tweaks and adjustment. At this stage I don’t think they’ve got the time or the bottle for it.

Looks like Eddie Howe has agreed terms with Newcastle. Bad luck Cardiff
