Agree. It will all be about first, time for things to settle and even more time to get our new style to become second nature. Pre season has gone and all of this will be 'on the job' How many of current squad can adapt and how many new players (mostly loan) are needed. Patience from fans will be needed which I'm sure from most will be there if we can see improvement and some enjoyment again.

There were some large turnovers during his reign at MKD and a mid table finish. Does have a decent pedigree as player so may be able to adapt.
