It looks like when players place the ball to take a corner. If a bird’s eye view shows the very edge touching the line it’s in.

Great to see a little team getting a decision when playing a giant. Long May it continue.
The ball must be IN the arc for a corner

So the playing area ends on the outside of the line, except on corners where they use the inside of the line

Makes sense to someone I suppose

And yet another great match here between Ghana and Uruguay. This is already one of the great World Cups

The ball has to be 'in' the arc if you mean that the top down view/curvature has to be in the arc. The contact patch does not. It happens regularly. J_B is correct.

Disgraceful scenes from Uruguay after the final whistle, harassing the ref for not giving a penalty to cheating, diving bastardo Cavani.

Apart from the Wales games, this has been a great World Cup so far

Aye, maybe it is actually better to play in season when the players are fit and firing. It does make me feel a bit sad that we stank the place out on the pitch.

The last few days have been incredible.

Unfortunately it is helping in downplaying the corruption and the disgusting host country.

If that's true it's never enforced.

Same as throw ins taken 10m up the pitch
Same as keepers taking about 14 secs to release ball
Same as players standing in front of free kicks and/or kicking the ball away
I am an ex ref and it gives me the shits
