After watching tonight's borefest, pretty much safe to say our neighbours will be nowhere near the final.

I'm out in tenerife and they're the most arrogant, ignorant and cockiest bunch of c*cks I've seen, thousands of Welsh out here though.. they'll crash and burn like they always do

As I understand it now, we can only qualify if Iran-USA is a draw, a win for either eliminates us.
Even in the case of a draw we have to beat England.

A win by four goals against England and we’re through regardless of what happens in the other game. But yes our only actual remotely plausible path is somehow spawning a win and hoping Iran and US kick the shit out of each other and draw.

Hope you'll still be there Skip when the inevitable bottle job happens. Be hell of a night for you.

We're a small nation (3 million) and our achievement was getting to the Final. Anything else is a bonus. We drew with USA! USA! USA! (330 million) and deservedly lost to Iran (86 million). As far as I'm concerned, we could lose big time to England and I would still be proud to have seen us in a Final.

Heading home now. Gutted by the performances but it's been hell of an experience. Never been to Qatar or Lebanon before and I probably never will again.

Loads of swans fans and flags at the games.

Big rebuild on the horizon.

3 sendings off for England in the first 10 mins and we are set.

I don’t doubt it but I don’t have the will to read dozens of pages of Welsh people moaning about Wales.

That's the thing though - the whingeing Welsh (and English) fans have every right to protest right now.

If our pampered mega stars put in the same shift, the same intensity, pashun and desire as the Iranians (and Yanks) we could have won.

The fight of the underdog has been a joy to behold in this WC. The marauding Moroccans against the Croats, the Arabian knights against Messi, etc.

It's the job of the coach to get them fired up. Page and Southgate failed. Canny Querioz won with aplomb, getting the very best out his troops.

I'd definitely play the young and hungry, to make a name for themselves. With the proper, intense fight of the underdog.

It's all in the top two inches. Unfortunately Bale's fluffy man bun is occupying that space nowadays.

All the soppy stuff like let’s remember Gary Speed, Yma o Hyd,today’s first ever World Cup press conference in Welsh and let’s have a look around Tylorstown is getting on my f*cking tits.

Plenty of soppy bollox around again today isn’t there with the “I’m proud of the bois just being there” and the “we’re a small nation and did amazing just to qualify.”

Welsh f*cking losers,no wonder everyone things we’re a pimple on Englands arse.

Nathan Blake currently on Radio Wales telling Owen Money if we can at least get a point against England it’ll give us something to be proud of.

I’m not doubting anyone’s right to protest as you put it. I’m just invoking my own right to read it or not read it as I decide.

And yet you're on here moaning about what others have said, you haven't got to read it and least of all post it on here, Soppy Twat indeed.

Yes very good, never been to a world cup before but the people were very helpful and there didn't seem to any public issues of what people were worrying about. Saw several sex couples holding hands and women walking around alone in 'normal clothing'.

Whether that'll change when the fans and thousands of fifa staff (they were literally on every street corner) have gone is another issue.

But the place is beautiful and interesting. Pity its a paradise built on the dead bodies of workers who had little or no rights.
