I never agree when I hear people fawn over his house. As you say, right on the main road, Mumbles is a very busy area now too. I'm sure it looks nice and modern/big inside, but the outside looks s**t.
With that kind of money you could have a far, far much nicer house.

I've got no beef with the architectural merits of the place. I just wouldn't build my dream home in that particular spot. Living on that road wouldn't appeal to me at all, no matter the views. Say what you will about Martin Jenkins, at least he built his pile in a quiet spot overlooking Three Cliffs.
