• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Australia needed 282 at Edgbaston in 2005 and fell short by 2.

It's tantalising.

To my reckoning you've changed your mind 5 times.
Wow.

Don’t be a girl about it now cos you’re crap at betting. The point about cricket see is that the game changes regularly, you don’t understand this which is why you’re crap at betting. ;)

With the font of knowledge and wisdom you undoubtedly have, not sure why the rest of us should bother.

Wicketkeeping could be the deciding factor in this match.

281 to win. England by 50.

First it was England, then a deff draw, then England by 50. I'm guessing you go racing you'll bet on every horse?
Have an opinion pal and stick to it. Don't lecture me bout betting, I'll be collecting tmrw. I'll send you a few shekels to buy some humble pie.

Does either team want to win this test?

Advantage England at 78-2, if they get another tonight then they'll be flying

Oh and by the way I said a draw was off the table. You big girl’s blouse.

Yep, great shout that

Oh I see what you mean now. “Count” should have said “doubt” but it seems autocorrect’s done its work. The sentence makes no sense as written. You won’t believe that of course and that’s fine. It’s only a cricket thread on the internet after all but I’ve clearly got under your skin so I’ll make a mental note that you’re on of those that can’t handle it and leave you alone from now on.

Coming from someone who's posted me 3 times in 10 mins.

Aye. Bairstow at least trying to rebalance things tonight.

TMS reckon Bairstow is only effective batting in innings 1 (average: 50). In innings 2,3,4 he averages only 20.
