Possibly hoping it becomes unbearable for him and he'll walk/accept a nominal payoff. Maybe hoping that the forum will add more pressure.

Or more likely, Coleman is totally oblivious and thinks he's great, the massive yank plank.
I have a suspicion it's the latter and Coleman also believes that the squad is no fit for the task.

Scary thing is he will be given the start of next year at least, thats if we are safe (which I still think we will be). He can't hide behind previous owners mistakes, or do the blame game, after he's been backed in the summer then.

The latest "beauty" from our utterly useless manager. "This squad is not good enough to compete in the championship". Followed by something along the lines of "we must get to safety to prepare for next season". Listen, you useless load of shite, just feck off and allow us to get someone in who can motivate these players. They won't get us promoted but are better than this.
He doesn't remember what he says from one statement to another

"“I know there is enough quality in the dressing room. We have players who are good professionals. We just need a bit more of that leadership and responsibility on the pitch.”

It's clear that Coleman needs to go also, but manager change will affect the team so is more pressing. As has been said, we can't afford not to replace him.

Maybe the club should look to redeploy him in to a role that will better suit him like driving the coach to away games.

And at the same time he is single-handedly sinking our ship.
We are rudderless with Williams - a proper fraud who's steered us into this maelstrom, heading for the rocks.

We all know he's just like his mentor Martin who'll jump ship at the first greedy opportunity.

He's a sunk cost, get rid, already.

You've not mentioned this before. I take it you're not a fan of Williams or Martin?

So why do the owners continue to sit on their hands?

He’s not wrong. It’s a bottom 6 squad that overperformed in the early part of the season. When Cullen is, by far and away, your best attacking player then you’re going to have issues, especially with a defence that can’t defend.

He’s still proven himself to be a pretty shoddy manager as well, but even a competent one would struggle to get a tune out of that lot.

Who in their right mind would give him an "opportunity" to jump 🤣
