🤣 People who stand right by zebra crossings looking at their phone with no intention of actually using the zebra crossing.
People waiting to pull out at a junction and not looking when you try to flash them ou

Anyone who activates a pelican crossing when there's absolutely no traffic about, except you when you're driving towards it. Boils my piss 😤
There’s a pelican crossing near the mosque in Sketty seemingly designed for maximum inconvenience. It only turns red about ten seconds after the road’s gone quiet — by which time the pedestrians have already crossed. Then, just as traffic returns, the lights go red and drivers sit staring at an empty crossing. Utterly ludicrous.

Or when I'm waiting to pull out of a junction and a car coming from the right turns left where I'm waiting without indicating after I've been waiting for him to go past 🤬🤬🤬

I once slowed down and flashed my lights at a chap waiting to cross the road with his dog. When he didn’t move, I realised it was a guide dog for the blind, and the dog was waiting for me to pass.

I live in Surrey, and that is standard behaviour here.

I lived in Guildford, Godalming and Woking through the 70s and 80s and don't remember that annoying habit being quite as bad as it is these days but there were definitely far fewer cars around then.
