• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Scruffy haired ignorant herbets.
Max, another thing that annoyed me a few weeks ago, two ladies knocked my door and announced they were from the church around the corner where I live, I politely stopped them in thier tracks and told them I was an atheist, to which one replied "I'll pray for you".
Despite being incandescent with rage, I politely wished them a good day and closed my door.
For once, I can claim to being the bigger person... 🫶

I was in a church in Neath just now watching my youngest grandson’s class singing and two male parents sat through the whole service wearing baseball caps and it really irritated me.
Agree mate. Lack of respect.

Traditionally you take your hat off to show respect.

Here is a perfect example:

Thank you my friend you’ve always been a brilliant poster you have.
He's not afraid to upset the apple cart and status quo on here.. ECB, NeathJack, Lisa and Pego all agreeing with each other on here, even you have openly stated you'd bring back the death penalty.. I like posters who actually have an opinion and say it.. there's too many moral superiors on here

Go away, you annoying dweeb.

Aye, probably will still look cool in Neath Max, just put trousers on instead of shorts if your ever in Swansea though, you'll get judged, it being 2024 and all that... 👍
In Neath not likely I go to Neath as little as possible I hate the place, I'll keep my socks and shorts on whenever I'm in Swansea though, in fact I'll wear them next time I'm gonna go there, don't set the dogs on me if you see me :D

Fair enough Max.
The last time I wore socks with trainers was a natty little white Donnay sock and Dunlop Green Flash combo back in 87, in the beer garden out the side of the Wilkie 😎🫶
