Just a general thought, we need to be very careful in how we word things.

I don’t think anyone needs to worry about getting into a legal wrangle with the Trust to be quite honest with you.

They'd probably settle and end up paying you going off how they've royally messed this one up.

Did the Trust take advice before signing all this?

Alledgedly the Trust chairman asked a mate of his an ex chairman of a PL club what he thought

One thing that should never, ever be forgotten is the god awful role the likes of Wathan, Vincent and DaiSport played in this. They fûcking enabled this and they should hang their heads in shame

I’m torn between resigning my membership and hanging around in case there’s a chance of voting this lot off at some point in the future.

Part of me want to get them kicked out.

Another part of me wants them to be in situ when it goes tits up, which it will, judging by the answers they failed to give to Lisa, and they are shown up for the shite deal they have agreed to.

I wouldnt want some poor, innocent soul to be at the helm when the Trust inevitably gets their trousers pulled down and a massive dildo shoved up their 'arris.

Sorry for being a bit twp here Dar.
Does that mean it was signed and agreed, but only announced when the cooling off period (if there was one) had ended.
I missed some of the bollox being sprouted because as I was laughing at comments like "it's not a good deal. yes it's quite bad", my pups were licking me!

Well from the way I understood it is signed, sealed and no cooling off period.

100% Darran. From what was said, it was a done deal. there was no cooling off period. no going back.

I must admit I am still torn

I firmly believe in the concept of the Supporters Trust. Have done ever since the great Rich Lillicrap's passion convinced me it was the way forward.

It's why I served as long as I did (no matter what mistakes people do or do not think were made)

I still firmly believe in the concept of a Supporters Trust

But this is a supporters club and not a Trust concerned with good governance

I used to meet up with Richard at The Chandos, just off Covent Garden, for a London Swans meet up.
When I watched Jake to a King, and saw he'd been airbrushed out, I flipped my wig.

one thing is for sure. This deal would never have been done under his watch.

And he'd be turning in his grave right now. Much missed.

One of the first times I met Rich was in the Chandos when he arranged an evening to whip up support for starting up a Trust. His passion and knowledge was something else.

#TogetherStronger today according the trust.
