Can anyone please clarify whether or not we have two ownership groups?
Coleman, Morris and Cravatt in one camp?
Kaplan, Silverstein and Levien in another camp?
And the Trust in another camp?
Watson in the middle?
How the hell does this work?

Still can't get my head around how everything can work smoothly. Is this a recipe for disaster?

Coleman says he's a shareholder but the only one of the new bunch who's officially, publicly put money into the club so far is Morris.

Maybe Coleman has a piece of the holding company but that's of no use to the club because the money he may have invested won't be going into the club.

Coleman is another DC Utd guy so I assumed he was in league with Kaplan, Levein and Silverstein.

Has Coleman put any coin in?

Yes, he said so yesterday, the reason Brett Cravatt’s hasn’t been announced is due to the EFL application, I’m assuming it’s the same with Coleman.

How much, and where has he put it into?

Neath, won't be announced until the application is approved.

Well, call me an old cynic but I'll wait until those details are 'announced'.

I may get caught once, but they won't catch me twice no matter how fat their wallets first appear to be.

Not sure but will become clearer once EFL application is complete. I wouldn’t be surprised at all to see something announced next week.

I reckon we could be surprised and Coleman is separate to the LLC. But that’s just a guess.

great info and speculation, but my point is does having two separate ownership groups mean conflict and split loyalties? Surely we need ONE ownership group to avoid different factions puling in different directions!

You'd hope that all these things have been discussed. Maybe Risc is right and Coleman is primarily in from the Morris camp but is obviously also known by the original owners and he can act as a good representative of both camps on the ground when he moves here. And he can sign off on Watsons decisions.

I'm not sure a single party having the power to run the football club however they want is the ideal scenario. Getting the Trust to a 25.1% shareholding was always seen as a worthwhile objective because it would prevent any other party having complete control and pulling in whatever direction they want regardless of what other shareholders (or fans) may want.

If the different shareholders/directors can't agree on a course of action what are the odds it's a good one for the football club?

Or perhaps a totally new owner?
