Yates looked out of sorts under Duff before Williams arrived and isn't setting the world alight at Derby either.. .Cullen had.more goals to date

And the lad from Hibs.

I'd like to see Yates up top alongside another player like Vip or the lad at Hibs.

Sure I'm read on here that Williams told them only to take players on if they knew they would beat them, how that f*ck does that make sense?

During Williams time in charge every striker we signed looked gash.
We could do a hell of a lot worse than Yates. Imagine him off the bench now rather than makeshift striker banchini

I
Retain Naughton and Yates as back up. Get rid of Allen, Fulton, Peterson, toe and kukarevich

Oh, and break the bloody bank for o brien!!!
If O Brien is available for us to break the bank then yes, yes, yes.

Weirdly I think Fulton was the right guy to come on at the right time in the last couple of games. I have been a massive critic of his when he played along Grims but look so much better in a different role.

Oh god. I'm gonna say it... I agree I thought Fulton was the right call. And I have been biggest critic. Again, is it Williams who just made our players worse. It's clear even more now that it's the case. What a fraud we hired. And yes, Fulton is not forgiven for his sins, but it will be interesting to see if he improves.

I hate the talk about which players are the next assets to be sold. It’s come to something when a couple of good performances today lead to that type of conversation. Understandable but sad nonetheless.

I tell you what Fulton nearly took the player, ball and advertising hoarding right at the end. Couldn't question his enthusiasm if nothing else in his cameo
Fulton has been stealing a living here for years, and that's not going to change anytime soon. It's the 1 player i would drive to another club anywhere, and not ask for any money for fuel.

Fulton has become the scapegoat for many of the fans on here.
Myself included if I am being honest with myself.

Now that might not be entirely his fault with bizarre and utterly confusing instructions on where and how to play from Williams, but his influence on games had been on the decline for far longer than the 13 months or so that Williams was here.

Maybe he was always prepared by Williams to be his scapegoat all along to deflect criticism?

But back on topic Vipotnik has had more involvements in the past three games than the entire season combined. While his control is sometimes lacking, what he lacks in fine control and pace he makes up for with a right boot like a cannon.

It wouldn't have been unfair on him to get on the scoresheet today, he forced two saves from the keeper and had a spectacular bicycle kick that looked it had goal written all over it stopped by a deflection off the defender that they knew nothing about.

He isn't at full confidence yet but the difference in his game the past three matches or so compared to most of the time before that is like chalk and cheese.
