• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I'm sure they'll sack Gatland but I'm also sure that it'll make no difference.
We need bigger, stronger and faster players and we haven't got any.
I blame the Swans for getting into the Premier league 13 years ago and turning a generation of boys from rugby to football.

I don't think sacking Gatland is the answer. He's one of a small few who have the experience of rebuilding a national team and has the ability to influence what goes on within the regions.

Perhaps the WRU should throw some more penny's the regions way?
A couple of Katie Perry concerts at the Mill Stadium should cover it...

Watching Welsh rugby has not been enjoyable for a while. Couldn't miss a game in the past. Forgot they were playing today just switched on and switched back to watch England Ireland.

That might have been written a bit tongue in cheek, but the underlying point is absolutely correct. If you compare what the Irish and Welsh unions pump into their respective regions, the disparity is huge. We'll never be at that level though with the idiots we have running the show.

The WRU are absolutely minted, it's all about distribution of wealth, Irish Rugby have it nailed in fairness.

It doesn’t make any difference to the outcome of the game, but I wonder why Roger’s was taken off on 55 mins
