• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Good question. Whoever wrote that needs shooting. They call it a series but its a film and I am bloody sure that last sentence in their summary is decidedly dodgy grammar.

Anyway, it sounds like a family drama. Not watched it yet. Was mistaken in thinking with that line up it might have been a good drama series.
Looks very depressing. I put the trailer on for it earlier, and turned it off, after about 10 seconds.

Mr Mercedes. Very good, Brendan Gleeson is always good value.

Watching Coronation Street, first time in years. Kevin has let himself go a bit; he looks like a rough sleeper.
Was that Ian Beale of Beales Plaice chippie in a skim through of tele earlier I done in Eastenders .
I did move on to check other options on my telebox though.

He really has lasted the course in fairness , last time I watched that soap was Dirty Den and Angie , Babs Windsor done OK in it though

Funny, you should say that! I’ve noticed it myself, only the last few months, looks like he has lost a fair bit of weight.

So I googled it out of curiosity, was he having any health problems, and nothing really apart from, he had a bit of a drink and drug problem back in 2014.

Ricky Gervais Mortality on Netflix on the knuckle but as funny as fuck

Watched the Ronan Keating NYE show last night, it was watchable seeing as it was NYE etc, but not my taste, the Shaun Ryder NYE show was the best one I've seen back a few years ago.

The firework display was fantastic again last night, notsure I'd want to sample it actually being there though.

We said the same about the fireworks. A great spectacle but actually being in all those crowds in London on New Year’s Eve feels like it would be a special kind of hell.
