• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Looking forward to watching it, absolutely superb series. The funny thing is, on IMDB on the reviews section, this Season 2 hasn’t half taking some pelters 🤣

I could watch Billy Bob Thornton all day long, superb actor, and I feel that this series, he’s really excelling.

My curiosity got the better of me and I laboured through the 1st season of Mr Mercedes. It was twice as long as it needed to be. They did, however, cast Brady perfectly, but it was about as enjoyable as the book for me, i.e. not very. I'm confused as to why Holly Gibney is a different race in The Outsider than in this. I didn't really like The Outsider much either. Book or Series. Apparently The Running Man(Edgar Wright) sucked as well, although King loved it.

I’m really struggling with it as well (Mr Mercedes) I’ve parked it up for now.

One episode to go in series one of Mr Mercedes. It took a few episodes to get into it but I've no doubt I'll continue watching the next series.

It's unusual for a programme to have no obvious hero. That said, the villain is a brilliant character.

Watch mega Oscar nominated film Sinners last night, slow burn, think Dusk till Dawn in a kinda way, bringing vampires back into fashion and classic Vampire lore, garlic, invite in etc.. Brilliant film

Running man was watchable but very poor.

If you like films then try watching I Swear.

Considering the current crop of naff films, I thought Running Man was pretty good, but my missis would side with what you said. 🤣

Films and Series, I am really struggling at the moment, to pick one for myself and Wife to enjoy, Mercy film looks alright, out today in the Cinema.

Saw that a couple of months ago. Superb film and fully deserving of the awards nominations.

I’m on a dry spell as well, tempted to sign up for Disney again as there’s a second season of something just come back on there.
