According to Ian Mitchlemore at WalesOnline, Whittaker could be loaned out, would be shocked at this as he looks lively when he comes on.

He didn’t make an impact when he came on against Sheffield he’s not a bad player from what I’ve seen of him I just don’t think he’s going to be the natural goal scorer we need this season. Cooper didn’t pick him regularly and now Martin seems to be edging him out.
At the end of the day the manager needs to be backed to get the players he wants to play hit style.

I’d probably rather keep Whittaker because he has some pace and then loan out Cullen who has actually been given a chance

Wales On Line also saying Ollie Cooper could go on loan as well, and maybe Dan Williams

I hope that Dan Williams stays, he was superb in the cup game against Reading.
Likewise I would like to see Whittaker stay but it could be that RM feels that he has an excess of wingers turned striker by Cooper and wants to make room in the budget for an actual striker turned striker.
