Next he will be blaming it on Cyril The Swan. Granted pitch looked bad, but any excuse at this stage.

They also over water the pitch - the sprinklers are on just before kick off and at half time.

That makes the surface faster (which hurts us because we have a slow attack) and means it breaks down quicker.
