Okay I’m getting the clear direction of travel and it’s Luke getting sack.

I hope you lads are right I really do. I fear that we get it wrong it’s relegation. You could argue not doing it will cause that but I really do wonder whether it’ll only make things worse.

They don't know if they would be right, it's just the fact that they want Williams gone because they think he isn't up to it.

We could bring someone in who could improve us, we could get someone in who might make things worse also.
We could keep Williams and with a few new faces could see an upturn or he doesnt push on from here and it goes south.

Either way isn't a guarantee.

I have been here many times before and it's even the same posters beating the drum again.......there are some strong stubborn posters on here.

You may find that the strong stubborn posters are the ones who've gone through thick n thin and know when a change is needed.

The other thing to remember is, whether you keep Williams or sack Williams, unless the new owners go doolally in this window and spaff £10m on a brand new team (not hearing any noises they're planning that) then no coach is going to magically make our shite players not be shite.

Said it before - only Vigoroux, Franco and (on a good day) Key are trustworthy over 46 games in this league. The rest of them are flaky bastards who only turn up when they feel like. Which isn't often.
