Williams out

What fucks me off is that Williams has not once made a tactical change in-game.

If you are going to keep Grimes between the center halves whilst 3-0 down to our biggest rivals then you are never going to change; and that is just negligent.
Fella doesn't have the tactical nous.

This payout for failure in the game really has to stop.
I've been saying for a while he doesn't seem interested, his light harted response to the WBA speculation proved that, he looks and acts like a man who's clearly out of his depth, admitting to letting the club captain control the dressing room before and during the QPR game is an unprecedented thing to do for a manager at his level.
He's working his ticket, and has been for a while...

The writing was on the wall when he made his comments about Grimes taking the team talk a while ago. He has to go now. This season is a wash, i'd put him on gardening leave and let Sheehan take over until the end of the season. No point even making signings this window without a new manager, so i'd encourage whoever is the caretaker to blood as many youngsters as possible.

What gripes me is, he acted like he had no clue to the fans reaction to his comments about West brom. And thinks making comments about going out drinking will make the fans forget. If we won at Cardiff. Well he won't be drinking tonight in Swansea. I just have massive doubts that he will be sacked
I mmight be wrong but do you send coach/manager on a trip to scout if you didn't have some form of long planning? Really hope he goes now.

He was proud of that. He brought it up again in his conference on Friday. It's a joke. I will never be a coach or manager in football but I sure know not to act like this in business. Very strange.

One decent performance v QPR. The 2 matches v Cardiff and Portsmouth were horrendous. Not good enough for our loyal Jack Army. He burnt his bridges when he messed about regarding the WBA appointment.
And not getting on the bus with the team to go to a derby is horrendous mistake, I think Coleman sacks him tomorrow

We have no clear style of play, tactically inept no alternative way of playing regardless of the opposition or what is unfolding during the game.

Suspect team selections with an obsession of playing players out of position. If you take today as an example we have Cullen excelling in ten role for Wales yet is asked to play as a lone striker today.

His substitutions are predictable and have no impact on the game at all. What's the point of bringing Naughton on today when we're three nil down?

The way he conducts himself in front of the media is bizarre.

Player development is going the opposite way. The first few weeks of signing Ronald it looked like we had unearthed a diamond. If you fast forward twelve months I'm not so sure the lad is a professional footballer.

The list goes on, time to bite the bullet and get rid.

Cullen was asked how he was liking his new position in his press conference on Friday. Says it gives him freedom and is enjoying. . Then Williams puts him on his own up front today. Think that in itself is a joke. Count the rest and you got a joke of a manager

Cullen was a disgrace today. Don't care where you play but a professional footballer should be able to pass a ball and keep momentum

In fairness to Cullen it's pretty obvious to everyone apart from Williams he's not a lone striker.
