Williams Will Not Go.

I thought there was investment of £20m, or have I read that wrong.
Though investment of that size did go into the club, Swansea are still trying to keep within the spending paramators. They could go out and buy x million pound players but comes with consequences of club Loss and on rules. Alot of clubs spend alot but are making a huge loss. I beleive Swansea is in top half of best club financially run, although we are still in debt and will be this year. My point was they have the money but Coleman will want to see an upturn in annual reports. He did this with getting the club investors and worked but club will not play with fire. Like many it's risk and reward.

I understand that normally a club pays a sacked manager until they get another job.
Then a deal is struck for what remains on the contract.
Like Potter, he will be paid until end of his contract, up until I beleive he gets another role hence him holding off on management as he was paid alot under Chelsea.

I'm not sure if it was on here or somewhere else, but someone pointed out a good reason he still might not go before the Coventry game is because it's transfer window deadline this week. If we sacked him now it could cave in any deals we've got lined up.

More likely to encourage the players to sign if we sack the plank.

Probably keeping him on until after the window so he can put his van driving expertise in to practice with helping any signings move their stuff in the their new gaff.

And I bet they'll be fucking garbage. And injury prone.

Yeah. You would imagine that their thinking is, that players will not want to come in if no manager. Regardless of current results. I think Coleman will get his deals done. And then Williams will go at some point. If its rumoured to be true he has a lot of fingers in alot of pies and he won't want to be the sporting director and look for players and new manager in 1 week.

With emotions still high, we all want him gone, but I have a horrible feeling about all of this. He won't. What worries me is, the club is clearly worried about having to pay off Williams if goes, be that in installments. And it effecting The P&S restriction. The point being, the chances of Williams staying for another 2 and half years is slim to non. But will they hold off on getting rid in order to balance things out. Sadly it will be too late. I have not felt this low in a long time and cannot remember the last time I cared so little about the results. The problem is I feel like I am lieing to myself if I get behind the team while he is in charge. Basically I am supporting him. And that helps him, Wlliams. On the flip side we need results. How screwed up is that.
I agree with most of what you say, but whoever owns the club or manages them, you aren't lying to yourself as we will always support them and want 3 points every game, as forlorn a hope as that may be. Support is needed more when you are low in spirits more than when you are winning, with Cardiff on the verge of overtaking us and dragging closer to the bottom three

I’m sure this is a thought that will have crossed the minds of the stakeholders.
With costs and expenses of the club, cannot see such money being used in the window. I might be wrong but that amount wo

Amen 😊😊😊 your right. The ups and downs will always support. It's seeing a fraud in Williams that is getting to me. I know fans always want the next shiny toy. If or when Williams go it might not fix anything. But we need something to get positive about as there sees to be no positives around the club.
